Coastal Waters -- Images of North Carolina is a stunning presentation of the work of one of the premier visual interpreters of North Carolina's natural and human world. Scott Taylor's work has been seen in Coastwatch, in Wildlife in North Carolina, and gracing the covers of Dirk Frankenberg's book The Nature of North Carolina's Southern Coast and David Cecelski's A Historian's Coast. The pain of Lookout Light's well-known diamonds is flaking and dusting away, but the thin spindle itself is strong against thesky. Yet just as many images marvel over what an enormous amount of activity is always going on in this part of the world.
